A life skills coach works with people to help them reach their greatest potential through skill development, awareness and simple lifestyle changes.
With an extensive background in helping people of all ages, abilities and from all walks of life I have developed a unique approach to connecting and inspiring great change.
Working with families, specializing in adolescent development(ages 9-18) and young adults with developmental disabilities we will develop a personalized plan to address individual needs. We will set attainable smaller goals working towards a larger overall goal. We will evaluate progress as we go identifying areas of strength, any challenges and regularly adapting the plan as needed to best reach the desired end goal. We will also create both a support and reward system based on motivational factors and then put the plan into action.
With recent changes in the world our young adults are facing even greater challenges with less genuine,
in- person social connections and feelings of instability.
Developing fundamental life skills can provide the courage, confidence and security
